Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a replacement is approved ,customers may be responsible for applicable shipping charges. Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us with your order details and with clear photos of the product and packaging.
